Your journey and possibilities with us must not be over once you receive your certificate of participation.
We offer quite a few different concepts for our alumni and we have become a strong and powerful female network of scientists.
Peer Counseling is a formal based setting to reflect and get feedback in a group regarding personal questions, challenges and difficult situations you are facing in your work or personal situation, i.e. aspects of cooperation, communication, leadership, career orientation, etc.
Peer Counseling, in German called “Kollegiale Beratungsgruppen”, is a typical instrument for leadership development. Find more information about our sessions in the downloadcenter of this page.
The next appointment is November 9.
We host an annual alumni meeting on the second weekend of November, enabling you to meet other mentees from different groups.
This year's meeting is on November 18 from 4:00pm until 6pm.
In order to allow many participants to attend, regardless of where they are, the meeting will take place from 4 pm to 6 pm via Zoom. For those who can join, we are also planning a get-together at the Restaurant "Baron" on the University campus from 6:30pm.
There are several benefits when participating:
- Meet former colleagues
- Network with other ADA Lovelace Mentoring Alumni across science and industry
- Start building a great network of female professionals with a natural scientific background
- Have fun in a group activity
