We offer quite a few different concepts for our alumni and we have become a strong and powerful female network of scientists.
Peer counseling
Peer Counseling is a formal based setting to reflect and get feedback in a group regarding personal questions, challenges and difficult situations you are facing in your work or personal situation, i.e. aspects of cooperation, communication, leadership, career orientation, etc.
Peer Counseling, in German called “Kollegiale Beratungsgruppen”, is a typical instrument for leadership development. Find more information about our sessions in the downloadcenter of this page.

Alumni meeting
We host an annual alumni meeting on the second weekend of November, enabling you to meet other mentees from different groups.
There are several benefits when participating:
